Marcus, director general de los recursos acu\u00edferos de Orange County,<\/strong> en declaraciones al <strong>diario estadounidense The New York Times.<\/strong><\/P><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la ciudad de San Diego, tambi\u00e9n en California, las autoridades aprobaron el pasado octubre un programa piloto para fomentar el reciclaje y posterior consumo del agua de las cisternas y dem\u00e1s conductos residuales.<\/P><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5137991880822925874\" style=\"float: right;
