mental<\/p>\n<p>La dieta MEDITERRANEA influye en una mejor salud mental, seg\u00fan un trabajo del Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n en Riesgo Cardiovascular y Nutrici\u00f3n del Instituto Municipal de Investigaci\u00f3n M\u00e9dica (IMIM-Hospital del Mar), publicado en el British Journal of Nutrition.<\/a><\/h2>\n<p><\/P><\/p>\n<p><big><strong><a title=\"EL OZONO EN LA CONSERVACI\u00d3N DE ALIMENTOS\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ozono21.com\/actualidad-interna\/el-ozono-en-la-conservacion-de-alimentos\/69\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alimentos y estilo de vida<\/A><\/strong><\/big><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El estudio concluye que los efectos positivos de la dieta MEDITERRANEA no se dan s\u00f3lo por la composici\u00f3n de los alimentos ingeridos, sino tambi\u00e9n por el estilo de vida asociado a la dieta, como comer m\u00e1s en casa, invertir tiempo en preparar los alimentos o compartir la comida, que contribuyen a mejorar la percepci\u00f3n de bienestar del individuo.<\/P><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para llegar a esta conclusi\u00f3n, los expertos han analizado las respuestas dadas entre los a\u00f1os 2000 y el 2005 por 8.195 vecinos de Girona, con edades comprendidas entre los 35 y los 74 a\u00f1os, de los cuales 3.910 eran mujeres.<\/P><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><big><strong><a title=\"Generadores de Ozono21\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ozono21.com\/productos-ozono\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A estas personas se pregunt\u00f3 sobre sus antecedentes cl\u00ednicos, sus h\u00e1bitos alimentarios, el consumo de alcohol y de tabaco, la actividad f\u00edsica realizada normalmente y su nivel cultural.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el an\u00e1lisis de las encuestas, y tras tener en cuenta todos los factores del estudio, los resultados han puesto de manifiesto de manera claramente significativa que, tanto en mujeres como en hombres, la dieta MEDITERRANEA est\u00e1 asociada con una mejor percepci\u00f3n de las personas de su salud f\u00edsica y mental.<\/P><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, los efectos de la dieta observados no se han visto alterados ni por la actividad f\u00edsica, ni por el valor del \u00edndice de masa corporal ni por el consumo de tabaco.<\/a><\/STRONG><\/BIG><\/P><\/p>\n<p><big><strong><a title=\"Aceite de oliva para la salud cardiovascular\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ozono21.com\/blog\/salud\/aceite-de-oliva-para-la-salud-cardiovascular\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dieta MEDITERRANEA<\/A><\/strong><\/big><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La dieta MEDITERRANEA se caracteriza por ser especialmente rica en legumbres y vegetales, relativamente pobre en carnes e ir acompa\u00f1ada a menudo con una moderada ingesta de alcohol.<big><strong><a title=\"Aceite de oliva para la salud cardiovascular\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ozono21.com\/blog\/salud\/aceite-de-oliva-para-la-salud-cardiovascular\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Desde hace tiempo, esta dieta se ha asociado con la prevenci\u00f3n de trastornos cardiovasculares y la mejora de las expectativas y la calidad de
