Cada vez asume mayor importancia el binomio alimentaci\u00f3n y salud en el mercado actual. As\u00ed, la industria agroalimentaria en Espa\u00f1a se enfrenta al reto de aumentar en competitividad a trav\u00e9s de la investigaci\u00f3n, base del desarrollo y la innovaci\u00f3n, adapt\u00e1ndose a las nuevas demandas del consumidor\u00bb, indic\u00f3 Ainia. El proyecto Futural tiene como finalidad sentar las bases cient\u00edficas para utilizar a escala industrial nuevas tecnolog\u00edas en la elaboraci\u00f3n de los alimentos del futuro para adaptarlos a las nuevas necesidades del consumidor. <big><strong><a title=\"Generadores de Ozono21. SALUD de las personas y se puede UTILIZAR en el Hogar, Oficinas, Restaurantes, Hoteles, Hospitales e Industria\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ozono21.com\/productos-ozono\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00abEl fin \u00faltimo es ofrecer al mercado productos que destaquen por su calidad y seguridad alimentaria, al tiempo que satisfacen las necesidades actuales en nutrici\u00f3n y salud\u00bb, apunt\u00f3 el centro tecnol\u00f3gico. <\/A><\/strong><\/big><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Futural abarca seis grandes l\u00edneas de actividad y cada una de ellas afronta una tecnolog\u00eda nueva: <\/strong>esterilizaci\u00f3n por alta presi\u00f3n de conservas vegetales, de pescado y marisco; pasteurizaci\u00f3n con alta presi\u00f3n; combinaci\u00f3n de alta presi\u00f3n con otras t\u00e9cnicas de conservaci\u00f3n; procesado de la leche, productos l\u00e1cteos y otros l\u00edquidos por tecnolog\u00edas de altas presiones; sustituci\u00f3n del tratamiento t\u00e9rmico convencional por el de altas frecuencias; desarrollo de nuevos sistemas de envasado, y nuevas aplicaciones de los fluidos supercr\u00edticos en la industria alimentaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ainia est\u00e1 trabajando en estas dos \u00faltimas l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Por una parte, en el desarrollo de nuevos sistemas de envasado con la incorporaci\u00f3n de agentes activos al film para evitar la degradaci\u00f3n del alimento al inhibir el crecimiento de bacterias y moho superficial. La segunda l\u00ednea se basa en la utilizaci\u00f3n de di\u00f3xido de carbono (CO2) y se considera una de las alternativas con mayor proyecci\u00f3n. <big><strong><a title=\"Generadores de Ozono21.
