Para ello es necesario calibrar el sistema e introducirle unos par\u00e1metros, en funci\u00f3n del sector al que se dedique la empresa que lo vaya a utilizar.<\/p>\n<p><big><strong>De una semana a dos minutos<\/strong><\/big><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tradicionalmente, los an\u00e1lisis de calidad de los alimentos aptos se realizan en laboratorios y requieren m\u00e1s tiempo. Si el laboratorio se encuentra en la misma empresa, pueden ser d\u00edas, pero si es externo, los resultados pueden necesitar incluso una semana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, Nieves N\u00fa\u00f1ez explica que la tecnolog\u00eda NIR permite al productor controlar de forma permanente el proceso, por lo que si se detecta alguna anomal\u00eda los t\u00e9cnicos pueden detenerlo, solucionar la dificultad y continuar fabricando. La empresa reduce sus p\u00e9rdidas y obtiene los datos sobre varios par\u00e1metros, como la humedad o la acidez, al mismo tiempo. <strong>\u00abEl proceso se reduce a dos minutos\u00bb<\/strong>, asegura N\u00fa\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><big><strong><a title=\"Generadores Ozonoo21\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ozono21.com\/productos-ozono\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Los investigadores quieren incorporar este sistema en la cadena de producci\u00f3n, de manera que los controles de calidad se vayan realizando a la vez que se elabora el producto.
